Halarious Toddler Moments

So we've officially hit the toddler era. Taylor has been full of toddler moments. The two most recent that we laugh about happened today.

So afterchurch we went to crackerbarrel. Taylor was exhausted since she'd been up since 5 am. She fell asleep on Adam for a good 30-45 minutes. Well ofcourse that meant when she got home, she refused her nap. We tried anyways. So after about 30 minutes of her being in her room, I peeked in to check on her. Well precious Taylor was out of bed, sitting in her rocking chair quietly reading her books. This is the first time she's gotten out of bed. It was so sweet. She saw me and just quietly said "hey mommy" as innocent as could be. She ended up getting up... apparently wasn't tired and we tried naptime again a few hours later. She did the same thing. She got out of bed and started playing with her xylophone... not so quiet this time. It was cute but something we have to nix in the bud now.

The second toddler moment was with the potty. She was running around in her nightgown with no diaper or panties on. I typically just ask her every 20 minutes or so if she needs to go pee pee. She usually says yes and we take her. This time I asked her and she just took off. I kind of thought maybe she was going, but have never gone by herself. Seconds later, Taylor comes walking into the living room carrying her 'pot of pee.' It was so funny. She was so proud she had to come show us.

Ahhh.... gotta love those toddler moments.
